We usually treat stains and handle minor repairs at no extra cost. However, this depends on the type of stain or repair and whether it can be managed in-house. We assess each case individually to ensure the most hassle-free garment care.

Steam press is a finishing process that uses steam and pressure to remove wrinkles and give clothes a crisp and polished look. It doesn’t clean the garment.

Dry cleaning, on the other hand, is a cleaning method that uses a solvent instead of water to remove stains and dirt from delicate fabrics.

So while dry cleaning cleans the clothes, steam pressing only enhances their appearance after washing or dry cleaning.

 

 

Sorting: Laundry is sorted by colour, fabric, and care requirements and accordingly loads are prepared
Pre Wash: Garments are cleaned for any tough dirt stains on cuffs & Collars that may not get cleaned by machine
Washing: Laundry is washed using commercial-grade machines & Soft Water. Detergents and fabric softeners are chosen based on the type of load.
Drying: Clothes are dried in commercial dryers and also air dried depending on the fabric
Folding/Ironing: Staff folds or irons the clothes as requested. Clothes are dispatched in a special protective packaging.
